All sales are final! Double check before you purchase if you are 100% sure you are able to make the purchase as littlest creations does not accept cancelled orders unless there’s a issue on my end
If the package gets rejected and sent back to me, the buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to reship the order
Customers are in charge of any custom/duty fees that their country may impose
Order processing time is aimed at around 2 weeks at most, however orders may be completed sooner or later depending on circumstances
Pacifiers are shipped disassembled to avoid damage during shipping, instructions are provided to reassemble them however pre-assembled shipping can be provided if you email me before hand so i can send a link for the shipping cost increase

Once the package has been shipped, I cannot tell you where your package is at any time or predict when it’s going to arrive, littlest creations is not liable for any lost, stole or damaged packages as it is out of my hands.
By choosing tracked shipping means that you will be able to see exactly where your parcel is and it IS covered under the shipping providers compensation policy if the package gets lost.

UK 2ND class: 3 days , untracked and cannot provide refunds if lost
UK 1ST class: 1-2 days, untracked and cannot provide refunds if lost
UK 2ND class tracked: 2-3, tracked and under coverage to apply to royal mail for a refund if lost
International untracked : 8- 16 business days untracked and cannot provide refunds if lost, and doesn’t come with a tracking number or delivery confirmation
international tracked: 8 - 16 business days tracked and is under coverage to apply to royal mail for a refund if lost, comes with a tracking number and a delivery confirmation
